economic obstacles
There are barriers for economic development for a country to develop a society.Firstly, social obstacle. one of the major problem for social obstacle is poverty.for example, Africa.in term of poverty, Africa has a high of poverty level. That country lack of access of basic needs such as clothes, shelter, food, education, proper health and clean water.when there is not enough infrastructures, it will give impact to society basic needs.when there is lower education among the people in Africa, it will increase illeteracy and then it will lead to underdevelop.
social obstacles
lack of expertise. when the country lack of people that are expertise in terms of development, the country cannot develop their society.for example, Timor Leste. this country has lack of people that are not expertise to develop the country itself.lack of expertise is caused by lack of education among the people in Timor Leste and then it will lead to lack of expertise.the children cannot continue their studies because their country cannot provide a good facilities for their good educations. because of this, the country has lack of expertise to develop the society.
